**Conditions for exemption from registration fees**
- If you’re JSOA who pass an abstract submission, your registration fee is waived.
- If you’re RCOST/TOSSM member and your age more than 60 years, your registration fee is waived.

We kindly request that you complete your transaction within 72 hours after receiving the email, as our policy adheres to the principle of 'first-pay, first-served'
*** Cancellations & Refunds ***
Cancellation will be subject to a full refund (the amount of your refund depends on the exchange rate from the day we issue the refund with additional processing fee) and may take up to three weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing by sending email to secretariat@tossmcongress.com
within 23:59 hours (GMT +7:00 Thailand time) of 31 May 2024. No refunds will be issued after the mentioned date and time. Refunds will not be issued for any events or services included in the Congress that are not used at the discretion of the participant.

Online payment is unavailable at this moment, however, sponsor codes can be used on the website until 12:00 a.m. 4 July 2024. (GMT+7)
You could make a payment at the registration at Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH) during 4 - 6 July 2024.

How to booking precongress workshop.

Login to www.tossmcongress.com But if you don't have an account. Please create account by click at the button below.

Go to Menu Profile Section and select sub menu box Precongress Workshop.
- Now you will be at Precongress workshop information section. Then you can select the option between “I am interested” or “I am not interested.” And then click at box of Save & Submit.
- When you have submitted your order by clicking the button above. The association will send details of payment process to your email within 2 days. (You must complete the payment within 5 days after receive the email.) Then, We will create order to your TOSSMCONGRESS account (you can see at “your order” in registration section).
- Next, once the payment is finished. TOSSMCONGRESS will send payment receipt and order confirmation to your email.
* The association has a no refund policy on payment paid for The Precongress Workshop registration.
